We realize not all children will reach high performance at the same time which is why creating a more personalized learning environment for students is critical. A system that’s designed around learning and preparing students for future careers that don’t yet exist and skills needed to succeed. 

KCCA is responsible for ensuring that efficient and effective primary and secondary education services are available to meet the needs of children and young people and support the provision of efficient and effective youth services throughout Kampala Metropolitan.
